Job Overview
- Role: Outbound Sales/Lead Generation Executive
- Shift: Night Shift (US/International Process)
- Type: Full-time, Work from Office
- Location: A-27H, 1st Floor, Sector 16, Noida (Walking distance from Sector 16 Metro Station)
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product information.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation or sales conversions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide a positive customer experience.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM database.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or Graduate in any stream.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication in English and active listening skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in international BPO or outbound calling is a plus, but freshers with great communication are welcome.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working permanent night shifts.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
- Performance Incentives: Earn between ₹10,000 to ₹30,000 extra based on your performance and targets.
