Job SummaryBellway Realtech is hiring energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executives who can generate leads, handle client calls, explain real estate projects, and convert prospects into site visits and sales.
- ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain project details and investment benefits
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Schedule client meetings and site visits
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
- Update lead status and customer details in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
- Experience in telesales/real estate sales preferred
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
