Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Loan Department. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling loan products, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role requires good communication skills, financial awareness, and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads for loan products (personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc.)
• Meet potential customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain a strong relationship with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan processing
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Follow up on leads and pending applications regularly
• Keep updated with market trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in banking/finance/loan sector)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of financial products and lending procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
