Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to handle property-related leads, communicate with clients, and convert prospects into successful deals. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to explain property details clearly over calls.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding property deals
• Handle inbound inquiries related to property purchase/sale
• Explain property details, pricing, location, and benefits to clients
• Generate and follow up on leads regularly
• Maintain proper record of calls, leads, and client data
• Coordinate with field team for site visits and property inspections
• Convince and convert interested clients into confirmed deals
• Handle client queries and provide accurate information
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Confident and convincing personality
• Basic knowledge of real estate/property dealing (preferred)
• Ability to handle rejection and follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, calling tools)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Tele Sales / Telecalling / Real Estate is a plus
• Freshers with good communication can also apply
• Additional Expectations:Should be comfortable with daily calling targets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
