Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven candidates for the position of Tele Sales Executive in the personal loan/financial services domain. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with customers, and closing loan sales over the phone.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Explain personal loan products and features
  • Generate and convert leads into successful applications
  • Maintain customer database and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with backend team for file processing and disbursement
  • Maintain good customer relationship and service quality


Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
  • Basic knowledge of loans/finance (preferred)
  • Confident in handling customer calls
  • Sales/target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure
