Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide detailed and clear information about the legal and environmental benefits of scrapping old vehicles.
- Coordinate internally to resolve queries and ensure smooth scrapping service delivery.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and feedback.
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction and handle follow-ups professionally.
