📌 Role Overview
- Position: Telesales Executive
- Location: Sector 142, Noida (On-site)
- Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month + Incentives

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Call potential customers using a given database.
- Pitch products or services effectively to generate sales.
- Explain pricing, benefits, and offers clearly.
- Handle customer objections and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
💼 Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in telesales or customer service.
- Skills: Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Attributes: High energy, persuasive, and target-driven.
