Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales over phone calls.

  • 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Explain product/service features and benefits clearly
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Follow up with customers to ensure conversion
  • Maintain records of calls and customer details in CRM
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • 🔹 Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi/English)
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • 🔹 QualificationsMinimum: Graduate in any field
  • Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
