Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales calls for travel packages. The role involves understanding customer requirements, sharing suitable travel packages, regular follow-ups, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales calls related to travel packages
- Understand customer travel requirements (destination, budget, dates, preferences)
- Share customized travel packages via call, WhatsApp, or email
- Follow up with prospective clients to close sales
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or Excel
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and reservations teams for booking confirmations
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service
