Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loans and overdraft products. Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly. Handle inbound queries and provide prompt and accurate solutions. Follow up with leads to ensure smooth application processing. Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and follow-up schedules. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, and sales) for smooth loan processing. Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to team performance goals.
