Job Description
Job Role: Travel Support Executive
Industry: Travel / Customer Support
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling flight ticket bookings and reservations
- Ticket issuance, reissuance & refund processing
- Managing customer travel-related queries
- Working on Amadeus & Galileo tools
- Providing excellent customer support and resolutions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant travel industry experience
- Good knowledge of Amadeus & Galileo
- Experience in ticketing, reissuance & refund handling
- Minimum Versant Level 5 communication skills required
- Good communication and customer handling skills
Salary:
- Up to ₹25,700 In-Hand
Working Details:
