We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and fast-paced Video Editor who understands YouTube content dynamics and can turn raw footage into highly engaging long-form videos and Shorts/Reels.

If you have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention — this role is for you.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Edit high-quality, engaging YouTube long-form videos
• Create fast-paced, attention-grabbing Shorts/Reels
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and transitions to enhance storytelling
• Maintain strong pacing, cuts, and flow to maximize audience retention
• Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, creators, and strategists
• Adapt editing style based on different creators and content formats
• Continuously improve video performance based on analytics and feedback

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Strong understanding of YouTube retention, pacing, and hooks
• Good sense of timing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
