Job Description
- Responsibilities:Operate Sony DSLR/Mirrorless cameras for podcast shoots.
- Set up and manage camera angles, framing, and composition.
- Adjust camera settings (ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance, autofocus/manual focus).
- Handle studio lighting setup for professional-quality videos.
- Monitor audio-video quality during shoots.
- Coordinate with hosts, guests, and production team.
- Ensure proper camera maintenance and equipment care.
- Assist in multi-camera podcast setups.
- Deliver smooth and uninterrupted recording sessions.
- Basic understanding of content creation trends for social media and podcasts.
Requirements:✔ Experience operating Sony cameras (A7 series, FX series, etc.)
✔ Knowledge of podcast/video production workflow
✔ Understanding of lighting setups and camera exposure
✔ Experience in multi-camera recording setups preferred
✔ Ability to work under deadlines
✔ Basic editing knowledge is a plus (Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve)
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Minimum 1+ year experience in videography/podcast production (preferred)
- Preferred Skills:Podcast production experience
- Studio setup knowledge
- Reel and short-form content shooting experience
- Knowledge of gimbals and accessories
