Electrical Solar Auditor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical audit of rooftop solar installations at residential houses across assigned villages and districts
• Verify panel orientation (south-facing compliance), tilt angles, and shading obstructions
• Inspect earthing/grounding parameters as per IS and CEA safety standards
• Check mounting structure integrity, wiring quality, cable management, and junction box conditions
• Confirm panel brand, wattage, and model against approved Bill of Materials (BoM)
• Capture geo-tagged photographs and complete digital audit checklists on mobile app
• Report deviations, substandard materials, or SOP violations immediately to reporting manager
• Submit daily field reports with photographic evidence

 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering (ITI Electrician with strong relevant experience also considered)
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in electrical fieldwork, wiring, or any installation/maintenance role; prior exposure to solar is an advantage but not mandatory
• Hands-on familiarity with field instruments such as Earth Resistance Tester, Clamp Meter, Multimeter, and Insulation Resistance Tester (Megger)
• Ability to use smartphone apps for reporting and GPS-based geotagging
• Own two-wheeler (preferred) — sites are spread across rural villages with limited transport access
• Honest, punctual, and self-driven — field integrity is non-negotiable
• Local candidates from Tirupati, Nellore, Chittoor districts strongly preferred
• Basic working knowledge of Hindi and/or English is essential — candidate must be able to communicate with project coordinators based in Delhi and Mumbai

అవసరమైన అర్హతలు మరియు నైపుణ్యాలు

• కనీసం డిప్లొమా ఇన్ ఎలక్ట్రికల్ ఇంజినీరింగ్ (బలమైన సంబంధిత అనుభవం ఉన్న ITI ఎలక్ట్రీషియన్లు కూడా పరిశీలించబడతారు)
