Relationship Manager – Agri & General Insurance

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our dynamic Bancassurance Sales team. In this critical role, you will act as the primary bridge between our organization and banking partners, driving sales of crop insurance and other comprehensive general insurance products to bank customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales targets by promoting and distributing general and crop insurance products through partner bank networks.
• Build, cultivate, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with bank branch managers and key stakeholders.
• Guide bank customers through the insurance buying process, ensuring clear understanding of policy features, benefits, and terms.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing bank customer base.
• Ensure seamless coordination between internal operations and banking partners for smooth policy issuance and servicing.
• Candidate RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or an Agri-related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Bancassurance sales, with a specific focus on General Insurance (crop insurance experience is a strong plus).
• Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
