Sales & Marketing Manager

Handle Sales & Business Development activities in the assigned region for Solar EPC projects.

 Drive complete end-to-end EPC sales cycle from lead generation to project handover and post-handover support.

 Develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales and profitability targets.

 Identify new business opportunities through channel partners, networking, references, and market research.

 Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments for solar projects.

 Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for successful project execution.

 Participate in industry forums, exhibitions, conferences, and marketing activities for lead generation.

 Track competitor activities and stay updated with state solar policies and market trends.

 Ensure customer-centric approach and provide effective techno-commercial solutions.

Strong understanding of Rooftop and Ground Mount Solar EPC Sales.

 Technical knowledge of Solar Power Plant concepts and systems.

 Understanding of state solar policies and regulations.

 Knowledge of local market, industrial areas, channel partners, and competition.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Ability to manage techno-commercial discussions and contract negotiations.

 Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
