💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, expenditure tracking, GST reporting, and financial documentation. The candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge along with reporting and analytical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping
• Manage purchase orders, vendor bills, invoices, and payment entries
• Maintain records of expenditures and financial statements
• Perform bank reconciliation and account verification
• Prepare GST reports and support statutory compliance
• Generate MIS and business performance reports
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation
• Maintain accounting records in ERP systems
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Track inventory-related accounting entries and stock reconciliation

Required Skills:

• Strong accounting knowledge
• Tally Prime / Zoho Books / ERP knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage
• Invoice management and purchase accounting experience
• Good analytical and reporting skills

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
