Recruiter

This is a contract, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Salem. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring talent across hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, Kitchen Operations, Maintenance, and Administration.

Day-to-day responsibilities include creating job advertisements, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, coordinating interviews with department heads, conducting reference checks, and supporting onboarding activities. The Recruiter will work closely with hotel management to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely staffing to support smooth hospitality operations and high guest service standards.

• QualificationsExperience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and hospitality staffing requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring pipelines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate with hotel department managers to meet staffing and operational goals.
• Analytical mindset for tracking recruitment metrics and improving hiring efficiency.
• Previous experience in hospitality recruitment, hotel operations, or human resources is preferred.
• Understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and employee onboarding processes.
• Experience hiring for hotel roles such as Front Office Executives, Housekeeping Staff, Receptionists, Restaurant Service Staff, Cooks, and Maintenance Personnel is an added advantage.
