Job Title: Work-from-Office Insurance executive (Female)
Job Description:
We are hiring female candidates for a Work-from-Office Insurance executive position. The candidate should be fluent in Malayalam and be comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers
Requirements:
Only female candidates
Must speak Malayalam
Must have a Android smartphone
Must be able to make customer calls
Work-from-office role
No fees or registration charges
5 days working (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/clients
Provide information and handle basic queries
Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication
Keep simple records as required
HR Interview will be conducted at office location in offline mode only.
Training & Observation (First 10 Days)
● 5 days training + 5 days observation
● Job starts from 11th day (if selected)
Work Rules (After Training & Observation)
● Work timings is from 9:30am to 6pm
● No notice leave → Absent
