Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female)
Job Description:
We are hiring female fresher candidates for a Work-from-Office Telesales Executive position. The candidate should be fluent in Malayalam and be comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers
Requirements:
- Only female candidates
- Only Fresher candidates with no prior working experience
- Must speak Malayalam
- Must have a Android smartphone
- Must be able to make customer calls
- Work-from-office role
- No fees or registration charges
- 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 25 calls daily to customers/clients
- Provide information and handle basic queries
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication
- Keep simple records as required
HR Interview will be conducted at office location in offline mode only.
Training & Observation (First 10 Days)
- 5 days training + 5 days observation
- Job starts from 11th day (if selected)
Work Rules (After Training & Observation)
- Work timings is from 9:30am to 6pm
- No notice leave → Absent
