We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to join our growing team for precast concrete and civil infrastructure projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision and execution of precast concrete work
• Site coordination with contractors, vendors & clients
• Reading and understanding civil/structural drawings
• Managing day-to-day site activities and labour
• Monitoring quality, safety & project progress
• Preparing DPRs, measurements & billing support
🎓 Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
💼 Experience:
6 months –2 Years in Civil Site Execution (Precast experience preferred)
✅ Required Skills:
• Knowledge of precast construction & installation
• Understanding of alignment, levels & reinforcement
• Labour handling and site coordination skills
• Good communication and reporting abilities
