Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounting activities using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
  • Maintain and update financial records accurately
  • Prepare and manage GST filing and related compliance
  • Monitor daily communications and respond to queries
  • Prepare statutory accounts and financial statements
  • Ensure accuracy in payments, records, and transactions
  • Work with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Maintain sales, purchase ledgers, and journal entries
  • Record and file cash transactions properly
  • Manage credit control and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Process invoices and maintain proper documentation
  • Verify and process expense requests for approval
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and third-party service providers
  • Update and maintain accounting procedures and documentation


Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
