Job Description

Job Summary:

Lead and oversee all plant operations to achieve production, quality, safety, cost, and delivery targets while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and EHS.
  • Achieve production, productivity, and cost objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor plant KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery.
