Job Description

A Resort Manager oversees the daily operations of a resort property to ensure guests have an excellent experience while the business runs efficiently and profitably.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
  • Supervise and train staff across departments
  • Develop work schedules and monitor employee performance
  • Manage budgets, expenses, payroll, and revenue targets
  • Coordinate events, activities, and special guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
  • Monitor resort maintenance, cleanliness, and property standards
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to increase occupancy and bookings
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, travel agencies, and local partners
