Job Summary:

Uniray Life Sciences is hiring an experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST work, inventory management, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge along with practical experience in handling ledgers, taxation, reconciliations, and accounting software.

Candidates with working knowledge of MARG software will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process day-to-day accounting entries
• Handle purchase, sales, cash, bank, and journal entries
• Maintain ledgers and accounting records
• Conduct regular physical stock checks
• Manage inventory and stock records
• Monitor customer credit limits
• Prepare data for GST filings (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B)
• Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC)
• Handle TDS-related work and filings
• Prepare BRS, Trial Balance, and Profit & Loss statements
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and reports
• Candidate Requirements:Education:Graduate required
• Preferred Qualification: B.Com

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Preferred Industry:Accounting / Auditing / Taxation
• Skills Required:Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
• Working knowledge of MARG software is mandatory
• GST filing and taxation knowledge
• Inventory and stock management understanding
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial statements
• Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Language Requirements:Basic English communication required
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Responsible and detail-oriented candidate
• Good knowledge of accounting processes and taxation
• Ability to manage financial records independently
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Candidates from Zirakpur / Panchkula region preferred
