Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally ERP.
• Handle GST compliance including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation of GST returns.
• Manage TDS activities including calculation, deduction, timely deposit, and filing of TDS returns.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of ledger balances.
• Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial data during audits.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Com / M.Com or relevant degree in Finance/Accounts.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
• Experience in GST filings and TDS compliance is mandatory.
