Davincred Solutions is expanding its collections team and is looking for experienced Debt Recovery Agents with strong telecalling and negotiation skills.

Mandatory Requirement:✅ Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is compulsory.

Candidates without a valid DRA certification will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding overdue loan and credit card payments.

• Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and payment commitments.

• Follow recovery processes in compliance with client and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

• Escalate sensitive cases as per company procedures.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in collections, debt recovery, telecalling, or financial services.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.

• Working knowledge of collection systems and basic computer applications.

• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred)

• DRA Certification – Mandatory

• Minimum 1 year of recovery/collections experience

• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Credit Card, Personal Loan, Vehicle Loan, or Consumer Finance collections preferred
