Job Description

  • We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Specialist to lead the digital transformation of our real estate operations. This role is at the intersection of Generative AI, Data Analytics, Marketing Automation Digital Marketing, Canva, Adobe, Artificial Intelligence and Chat GPT, Gemini.
  • Strong command of Python and AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras).
  • Knowledge of Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib).
  • Advanced Prompt Engineering: Master the use of ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Gemini (Google) to generate high-converting ad copies, personalized email marketing campaigns, and detailed project reports.
  • Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads specifically targeted at property investors and home buyers.
  • SEO & Local Search: Optimize our website and GMB (Google My Business) profiles to dominate local real estate searches.Social Media Strategy: Manage a content calendar that builds authority and trust through market insights and project updates.
  • AI Video Tools: Utilize AI-video platforms (like Runway or HeyGen) to create walkthroughs or spokesperson videos at scale.
