Pharma Sales & Marketing Manager Profile
We are looking for an experienced and result-orientated pharmaceutical sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales operations, develop marketing strategies, and expand business growth in the pharmaceutical sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling team management, market analysis, product promotion, distributor/dealer coordination, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets
Build strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Increase product awareness and business growth
Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
Handle promotional activities and field operations
