Job Title: Hotel Chef / Cook

JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef/Cook to manage daily kitchen operations in our hotel. The candidate should be able to prepare quality meals, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to the hotel menu
  • Maintain food quality and presentation
  • Keep the kitchen clean and follow hygiene standards
  • Manage kitchen supplies and reduce food wastage
  • Coordinate with hotel staff for guest meal requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a chef or cook in a hotel or restaurant preferred
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
  • Ability to work independently in a small kitchen
  • Hardworking and responsible
