Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases.
• Verify and review data for errors or missing information.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval.
• Work with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Follow company policies and data management procedures.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good typing speed and strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Comfortable working on Microsoft Windows.
• Basic understanding of spreadsheets and data organization.
• Time management skills.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is a plus.
