Job Description

  • Position: FMCG Incharge (Retail)
  • 📍 Work Location: Plot No. 365, Amartex Road, Abhey Pur, Industrial Area Phase 1, Panchkula, Haryana – 134113
  • 📌 Hiring From: Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula) & Himachal Pradesh
  • 💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
  • 📅 Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years


  • Job Responsibilities:


  1. Handle complete FMCG department operations
  2. Manage stock, replenishment, FIFO & expiry control
  3. Ensure proper display, merchandising & shelf standards
  4. Achieve sales targets and improve department performance
  5. Control shrinkage, damages & wastage
  6. Manage staff duties and customer service
  7. Candidate Requirements: Experience in Retail / Supermarket / FMCG Store
  8. Good knowledge of stock handling and inventory
  9. Team handling and customer dealing skills
  10. Candidates from Reliance, V-Mart, Vishal Mega Mart, Easyday preferred retail.
