E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day online business operations across marketplaces and D2C platforms. The role involves order processing, inventory coordination, listings management, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end order processing (order flow, cancellations, returns, refunds)
• Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch, packing, and inventory updates
• Ensure accurate product listings (titles, images, pricing, stock sync)
• Handle marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
• Monitor daily sales, stock levels, and operational KPIs
• Resolve customer queries and escalations in coordination with support teams
• Work with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and RTO control
• Maintain reports on sales, returns, and operational performance

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Familiarity with marketplaces and tools (Shopify, Unicommerce, etc.)
• Strong Excel and data handling skills
• High attention to detail and execution speed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred:

• Experience in fashion / kidswear category
• Exposure to inventory or warehouse systems
