Job Title: E-Commerce Executive
Location: Sector 5, MDC, Panchkula, Haryana, India
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role:We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to manage day-to-day Market place shop operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive consistent sales growth. The role focuses on optimizing listings, monitoring shop performance, and implementing strategies to increase visibility, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily Etsy shop operations including orders, listings, and inventory
- Optimize product listings (titles, tags, descriptions, images, SEO)
- Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and issue resolution in line with Market place standards
- Track shop performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
- Plan and execute organic Strategies to drive growth
- Ensure timely order processing, shipping, and delivery coordination
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a Market Place store
- Strong understanding of SEO, algorithms, and best practices
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
- Data-driven approach to improving sales and visibility
- Working Days & Hours : Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Location: Sector 5, MDC, Panchkula
