We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer who can independently handle both marketing collateral design and factory/product artwork-related work.

Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can create premium pharmaceutical marketing collateral as well as packaging and product artwork designs for ethical, PCD, and export businesses.

The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, understanding of pharma branding, packaging aesthetics, print-ready artwork preparation, and the ability to work across both marketing and manufacturing requirements.

The role requires someone who can combine:

Creative marketing design

Packaging & artwork execution

3D product visualization

Brand identity development

Print/vendor coordination

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Promotional Design

Design and create:

Visual aids

Product cards

MR brochures

PCD flyers

WhatsApp creatives

Social media creatives

Product catalogues

Trade fair banners & stand creatives

Doctor promotional material

Emailers & launch creatives

Corporate presentations & pitch decks

Packaging & Product Artwork

Handle complete artwork development for:

Cartons

Labels

Blister foils

Mono cartons

Bottle labels

Sachets

Tubes

Export packs

Responsibilities include:

Print-ready artwork preparation

Barcode & QR integration

Compliance text formatting

Size adaptation for multiple SKUs

Coordination with printers/vendors

Artwork revisions & version control

3D & Product Visualization

Create:

3D product mockups

Bottle/jar/blister renders

Packaging visualization

Product launch creatives

Pharma/scientific visual concepts

Brand & Creative Development

Develop branding concepts for new ethical and PCD divisions

Maintain brand consistency across all products and materials

Support product launch campaigns

Create premium and modern pharma-focused visual identity systems

Required Skills

Strong command over:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

CorelDRAW

Canva

AI design tools

Preferred:

Blender / Spline / 3D tools

Figma

Video editing basics

Preferred Candidate Profile

2–6 years experience in graphic design

Prior experience in:

Pharma

PCD

Nutraceutical

Healthcare branding

Packaging artwork

Must understand:

Pharma packaging layouts

Print production

CMYK & print specifications

Packaging dimensions & dielines

Social media design trends
