Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & Reporting: Collect, compile, and maintain data from various departments, generating daily, weekly, or monthly reports on business performance.System Maintenance:
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and anomalies that support management decisions.User Support & Training: Provide technical support to end-users and train staff on data management systems and tools.Documentation: Maintain documentation for system procedures and data collection processes.Security: Ensure data security, integrity, and confidentiality, including conducting regular audits.Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Advanced Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and database management systems (Excel software).Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large data sets and transform them into actionable reports.
