Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Operations Manager who can handle day-to-day company operations, client communication, project coordination, and overall workflow management.

This role is extremely important to the company. You will act as the operational backbone of Ethica and help ensure projects, communication, payments, and internal coordination run smoothly.

You should be proactive, professional, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks confidently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

CLIENT COMMUNICATION

- Handle client communication through WhatsApp, calls, meetings, and emails

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team

- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress

- Maintain professional relationships with clients

PROJECT COORDINATION

- Coordinate between developers, designers, editors, and clients

- Ensure tasks are completed on time

- Track project progress and deadlines

- Follow up internally to ensure smooth delivery

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

- Manage daily office operations

- Organize tasks and workflows

- Help maintain internal systems and processes

- Keep records of projects, payments, invoices, and timelines

PAYMENTS & INVOICING

- Generate invoices and quotations

- Follow up for payments professionally

- Maintain payment records and reports

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATION (Initial Phase)

- Coordinate with editors/designers for social media content

- Ensure posting schedules are maintained

- Manage content approvals and communication with clients

REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Good understanding of business professionalism

- Confident handling clients and meetings

- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, WhatsApp, and office tools

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Fast learner with ownership mindset

- Prior experience in operations/project coordination/client handling is a plus
