Bephar Corporation is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Female PCD Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling customer inquiries, promoting pharmaceutical products, and developing PCD franchise networks across India.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming PCD franchise inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
• Contact doctors, distributors, wholesalers, and PCD franchise partners.
• Generate new leads through phone calls, social media, and online portals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Explain product portfolios, pricing, promotional schemes, and business offers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and ensure order closure.
• Coordinate with dispatch and accounts departments for smooth order processing.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Telecalling and lead generation experience preferred.
