Job Title: Product Specialist (Fresher) – Berkeley Škoda

Role Summary
We are looking for aggressive, high-energy freshers with a champion’s mindset to join our Škoda dealership. If you have the hunger to earn, learn, and grow—and the attitude to sell to premium, discerning customers—this role is for you. You will represent a brand that stands for simplicity, intelligence, and European engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and self-driven outreach (no waiting for customers).
- Present and demonstrate Škoda vehicles (Kyla q, Kushaq, Slavia, Kodiaq) to potential buyers.
- Understand customer needs (lifestyle, budget, usage) and recommend the right model and variant.
- Handle price negotiations and explain financial/insurance products confidently.
- Maintain showroom presence – always well-groomed, energetic, and ready to engage.
- Achieve monthly sales targets (volume & revenue) with a competitive, winner’s attitude.
- Build long-term relationships with premium customers for repeat sales and referrals.
- Learn product knowledge continuously – attend brand trainings and stay updated.

Profile Required
- Fresher with fire – 0 to 5 year experience. Internships or part-time sales exposure is a plus.
- Aggressive & self-motivated – you don’t wait for things to happen; you make them happen.
- Achiever mentality – you love targets, competition, and being #1.
- Great attitude – coachable, positive, resilient, and hungry to grow in life & career.
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in English & local language(s). Clear, confident, persuasive.
- Presentable & polished – first impression matters when selling to premium customers.
- Genuine flair for sales – you enjoy convincing, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Driving License – Car driving License is a mandatory requirement.

Salary / CTC Structure (Monthly)

· On average, a Product Specialist at our dealership sells 5 cars and makes around ₹40,000 per month.
· Top performers selling 10+ cars can earn ₹70,000+ per month.
· Product Specialists who are among Top 3 Performers for 12 months are promoted automatically to Team Leaders with appropriate increments in 12 months. And they can earn additional incentives from their team sales.
· Standard deductions ESI, PF, LWF etc are applicable only on the Fixed Salary.
· Security Deposit of Rs. 7500 will be taken at the time of joining for Skoda Dress (2 Trousers, 2 Shirts, 2 Tie/Scarf, One Blazer) which will be adjusted once the dress is handed over to the candidate.
