- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate leads through various marketing and networking activities.
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Create sales strategies and ensure proper follow-up with prospects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for smooth operations.
- Train and motivate team members for better performance and productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
