Job Description
A pharmaceutical telecaller promotes healthcare products, generates sales leads, and supports the sales team through outbound/inbound calls to doctors, chemists, and distributors. Key responsibilities include explaining product benefits, taking orders, maintaining client databases (CRM), and ensuring high customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets
