We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated sales professionals to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.
• Conduct regular doctor calls and product presentations.
• Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Ensure product availability at stockists and retailers.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Submit daily call reports, expense statements, and sales reports on time.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and promotional activities organized by the company.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BBA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and convincing ability.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
