Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Front Desk Management

  • Handle reception, incoming calls, visitors, and office correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor records and coordinate meetings.

Personal Assistant to Management

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules of senior management.
  • Coordinate business meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and official correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information and important documents.

Travel & Executive Support

  • Accompany senior management on official business trips and store/branch visits as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations, local transportation, and itineraries.
  • Provide on-ground support during meetings, events, and business visits.
  • Ensure smooth execution of management schedules and follow-ups during travel.
  • Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Required Skills:Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Professional personality with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel frequently with senior management.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Front Office Executive, or Administration Executive.
