About UsCravings is a premium bakery and dessert café specializing in custom cakes, luxury desserts, coffee, hampers, and celebration gifting. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive who can help us build a strong online presence and showcase our products through high-quality content.

  • ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality photos and videos of cakes, desserts, beverages, hampers, café ambience, and kitchen processes.
  • Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, and Shorts.
  • Edit videos and photos using mobile or desktop editing software.
  • Write attractive captions and content in fluent English.
  • Plan and execute social media content calendars.
  • Upload and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other platforms.
  • Create product catalogs, brochures, and PDF portfolios for customers and corporate gifting.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc.) to improve content creation and productivity.
  • Track social media trends and create content that has the potential to go viral.
  • Assist with influencer collaborations and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a library of professional product photos and videos.
  • Requirements6 months to 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, photography, videography, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Stories, and social media trends.
  • Good English communication and writing skills.
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
  • Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and marketing.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Portfolio of previous work is preferred.
  • Bonus SkillsFood photography experience.
  • Experience with cafés, bakeries, restaurants, or lifestyle brands.
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Graphic design skills.
