- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Monitor and record patient vitals, symptoms, and progress.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Assist doctors during rounds and in performing medical procedures.
- Provide bedside care and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Morning care, Medication rounds, Dressing changes
- Admission & discharge formalities
- Maintain infection control practices and patient hygiene.
- Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, and other departments for tests and results.
- Handover patient information properly during shift changes.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of medical equipment and crash carts.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and patient rights.
