• Admission & discharge formalities
• Maintain infection control practices and patient hygiene.
• Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, and other departments for tests and results.
• Handover patient information properly during shift changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of medical equipment and crash carts.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and patient rights.
