Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store In-Charge to manage daily store operations, inventory control, and stock handling. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in warehouse or store management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medicine sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Handle inward and outward stock movement efficiently
• Ensure proper storage of medicines and products as per guidelines
• Coordinate with procurement and dispatch teams
• Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Proven experience as a Store In-Charge, Store Keeper, or Warehouse Floor Manager
• Preference for candidates with pharmaceutical or medicine warehouse experience
• Candidates with D. Pharma / Ayurveda background will be given priority
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
