Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


Home Loan Process


* Call prospective and existing customers regarding home loan products.

* Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and required documentation.

* Follow up with customers for loan applications and document collection.

* Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and customers for smooth loan processing.

* Maintain records of customer interactions and loan status.


Real Estate Sales


* Contact leads generated through portals, websites, and marketing campaigns.

* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties.

* Schedule site visits and meetings with sales executives.

* Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.

* Maintain a database of customer inquiries and feedback.
