Experience: 1+ Years (Education Industry preferred) Job Summary We are hiring a Telesales Executive to connect with prospective students, understand their learning and career needs, and guide them in choosing the right courses. The role involves handling calls, explaining program details, addressing queries, and supporting students through the enrollment process, while ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Responsibilities:  Develop a deep understanding of our educational products and services to communicate their benefits to potential customer effectively.  Handle inquiries via phone and walk-ins  Present course solutions to students, address their inquiries, and guide them through the admission process to achieve sales targets  Follow up with leads and maintain a student database  Maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with students and parents addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have  Ensure smooth documentation process  Provide regular sales reports and updates to your supervisor or Center Manager
