Telecaller – PCD Pharma Franchise & 3rd Party Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to distributors, stockists, and pharma companies
• Promote PCD Pharma franchise and 3rd party manufacturing services
• Explain product range, monopoly rights, pricing, and company benefits
• Generate and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up status
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for order closure
• Build long-term relationships with clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidate preferred
• Experience in PCD Pharma / Third Party Manufacturing tele calling
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English required)
• Confident, polite, and persuasive calling skills
• Basic knowledge of pharma products & formulations
• Ability to handle objections and close leads
• MS Excel & basic computer knowledge
