Job Title: PCD Pharma Telecaller
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecaller for our PCD Pharma division. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential distributors, doctors, and business partners to promote our pharmaceutical products and expand the company’s network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and develop new PCD franchise opportunities
- Explain product details, company profile, and business benefits clearly
- Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and close deals
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of pharma products (preferred)
- Experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
